For more than ten years, L'OPERA has stood out as an essential Saint-Tropez address, between lunches facing the boats, immersive dinners and memorable evenings.

With an incomparable view over the port and the pink stones of the old town, the bell tower and the glittering yachts in its sightline, L’OPERA combines exceptional gastronomy with artistic shows that unfold on podium tables like an improvised stage. Its white-and-gold decor, with a mirrored central bar and a vast shaded terrace, is adorned each year with new glamorous works by artist Philippe Shangti.

The menu reveals a world cuisine with Mediterranean accents, elevated by exceptional products: caviars, King Crab and prestige meats stand alongside wild Mediterranean fish and signature desserts conceived as visual compositions.

Each season, L'OPERA unveils a new program, punctuated by new shows and international artists, inspired by Philippe Shangti’s 2026 collection, "Luxury Futuristic World.”
